In business, it turns out that trust is the foundation of pretty much everything. It’s what enables you to move forward even when the path isn’t clear, when you’re uncertain, or you’re not sure how to do something. And most importantly, trust in yourself is the catalyst for all the other aspects of business growth: confidence, decision-making, and resilience.
Which is all great… but how do you *actually* strengthen this vital muscle?
The first step is understanding that
self-trust is a skill you develop over time. Just like physical muscles, it requires consistent effort and practice. When you build trust in yourself, you spend less time doubting your abilities and start making decisions based on what you know to be true rather than on fear or uncertainty.
