In the Uncomplicating Success Small Group Coaching program:
- You'll learn the four-step GPCS (Ground-Plan-Connect-Sell) Framework and apply it real time, with support and accountability. You'll use the Framework to turn the process of reaching your business goal from complicated to SIMPLE.
- You'll set ONE clear goal, and we'll work together to apply the Framework to reach it. You'll take simple, consistent actions, evaluate the results, and then refine the actions based on data/experience. You'll get to ask ALL of your questions, talk through the challenges you run into along the way, and get the feedback you need to make the Framework YOURS.
- You'll be coached both individually AND within the conversation in the group every week. This *is* group coaching, sure, but not at the cost of your individual progress. EVERYONE will get what they need, period.
But wait, why *GROUP* coaching?

- Because there is opportunity for growth in hearing what other people are working towards - you are both challenged by the plans/ideas of others AND comforted in knowing they have the same struggles even if they are in a different place.
So how does this *actually* work?
The Uncomplicating Success Small Group Coaching program opens 2 times a year.
The next round of coaching will begin in October of 2025 and is enrolling NOW. There will be a maximum of 12 spots (in 3 groups) available.
What's included?
- 13 60-minute weekly meetings, recorded and shared privately,
- Asynchronous support between calls beginning when you sign up for Uncomplicating Success through the end of the program via email, Voxer and/or Messenger.
- Individual and full group coaching around the focus topic each week, as well as time in each session to bring questions and challenges to the group.
- Access to the GPCS Framework a simple, repeatable and proprietary framework for growth that will help you grow NOW and well into the future. By the end of 13 weeks you'll have made the Framework YOURS.

Today I create this same kind of super effective, super practical, and super valuable group learning through small group coaching.
