In The Implementation Lab small group coaching program:

  • you'll learn to use the core ingredients of business success - simple processes, clear focus, actional strategy, and flexible selling - to make success simple.
  • We use the ingredients to cook up your individual path to success.

But wait, why *GROUP* coaching?

There are lots of different ways to succeed, and lots of different versions of coaching available to you... so why should you choose The Implementation Lab and small group coaching?


  • Because you’ll be accountable to the group - and accountability (without shame, bullying, or undue stress) creates progress;


  • Because you’ll be fully supported and in community as you clarify, evaluate, adjust, and celebrate (and as we all know, you can’t see the label from the inside of the jar…);

So how does this *actually* work?

The Implementation Lab opens 2 times a year.


The next round of coaching will begin in February of 2025 and will be enrolling in December 2024. There will be a maximum of 8 spots (in 2 groups) available.


What's included?


  • 12 60-minute weekly meetings, recorded and shared privately,
  • Asynchronous support between calls as needed beginning when you sign up for The Implementation Lab through the end of the program via email, Voxer and/or Messenger.
  • Both individualized support and full group discussion of key topics every week, live during the call.
  • The DOING Framework - a simple, repeatable and proprietary framework for growth that will help you grow NOW, and also will help you grow over and over again long after our sessions end.


And when We're finished?

  • You'll have hit the goal you set week 1.


  • You'll know what to do day-to-day to get exactly the NEXT result you want.


  • You'll have a simple, repeatable process for DOING what matters.


  • You'll have people in your corner whenever you need them


  • You'll have the tools you need to grow your business without also spending alllll of your time doing it.

Yep, I'm that kind of strange...

Hi, I'm Sara, and I really (really) enjoy creating ridiculously useful group learning experiences for people like you. I'm that kind of strange.


When I first started coaching teachers I developed and lead short- and long-term professional development experiences every summer and fall (that were NOT your regular boring PD because I canNOT bear to waste your time or mine like that, nope nope nope), and I loved. every. minute. Today I create this same kind of group learning through small group coaching.


For me, for you, there is NOTHING better than ongoing coaching where you not only get what you need to move forward today, but you ALSO get what you're going to need to move forward tomorrow, next month, and next year (even if you didn't know you needed it yet!), AND a community of people who get you to support you along the way. It's MAGICAL for everyone involved :).
